Dutch Oven cook off contest

Last night the phone rang and an acquaitance of mine asked if I would be interested in entering a dish for the dutch oven contest that is part of a fund raiser for Crane Lake Boys' camp near Parry Sound. Anyway I said yes I would. Now I need recipes. You see last year I entered a dish, having never cooked with my dutch oven that I had for about 3 years, and won 4th place. I was amazed and hope to do better this year. Why I want to enter a cooking contest is beyond me but I had fun so I'm doing it again. Does anyone have any prize winning recipes they would like to share?

Mom, Ken's apple truck has windows that go down real easy. All you have to do is turn something!
This is coming from someone who has only known power windows!
It reminds me of the joke of a boy who went running to his dad all excited because he discovered that if you turn the bill hats around the bill shades your eyes!
